About the role:

The CRM Business Systems Analyst is responsible for enhancing the ability of the IT organization to improve, develop, and support systems that help GM understand and listen to our customers and improve the customer experience.

The Business Systems Analyst will understand the needs of the business and use their expertise to translate business requirements into functional specifications. They will identify and develop both process and system solutions to meet the business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst
- Experience working directly with Business Subject Matter Experts and Business Analysts in a fast-paced development environment
- Strong process knowledge of CRM business operations
- Experience in some of the following CRM functional areas: Sales, Service, and Marketing; Opportunity, Service Request, Campaign, Loyalty
- Strong Oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Siebel Functional Analyst
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Iterative, or Waterfall Development and project methodologies
- Working knowledge of Siebel Automotive/Dealer application
- Siebel OpenUI knowledge
- Globalization, localization, multi-org
- Basic project management skills to manage time and tasks
- Excellent negotiation, facilitation and listening skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Visio
