General Motors of Canada Limited is seeking leading edge candidates for positions of District Manager - Sales and District Managers - Customer Care & Aftersales. You'll work with highly motivated teams on some of the toughest challenges in the automotive industry. We are looking for fresh perspectives, original ideas, bold experiences and new minds!

We offer an opportunity to grow as a sales, service and marketing professional in a corporate environment. Each position will offer the individual professional challenges and increasing levels of responsibility while interacting with senior leadership.

District Manager - Sales/District Managers - Customer Care & Aftersales have territorial responsibility for the administration of the Sales and Service Agreements that exists between General Motors of Canada and its franchised dealer network. You will act as a consultant to the dealership by working together with them on the development and implementation of their business plan. You could find yourself involved in a variety of activities including implementation and development of marketing initiatives, facilities utilization, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis and training.

Required Qualifications:

- Unrestricted mobility and ability to relocate

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Superior analytical abilities combined with great decision making skills

- Ability to work independently and in cross functional team environments

- Valid Driver's License

- Willingness to travel

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Automotive retail or wholesale industry experience would clearly enhance your candidacy.

- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)

- Previous automotive retail or wholesale industry experience

Education and Training:
- A Bachelor's degree or MBA
